I was born and raised in Vermont and then moved to New York City to attend college at Fordham University, where I graduated with a degree in communications and media studies. After two years living in Manhattan and working in public relations, I realized that my childhood dream job of teaching was actually my adult dream job, too! So, I moved back to Vermont where I received a M.Ed. from St. Michael's College.
While I began my teaching career as a fifth grade classroom teacher, I am most passionate about my role as an interventionist and love working with small groups of students to support their learning. I am excited about getting to work with all grade levels at MES and love the connections I've made with students in each class community.
I live in Central Vermont with my husband and enjoy reading, figure skating, yoga, baking, and spending time with family.
